This agreement is governed by the laws of India. If any part of this agreement is found void and unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

8. Entire Agreement
This agreement is the final, complete and exclusive agreement between you and CHHAYYAPATH, CALCUTTA that supersedes any prior agreement or understanding, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this license.
